You will be responsible for Supplier Evaluation and Selection, which involves identifying, assessing, and selecting potential suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and compliance. Additionally, you will be required to analyze procurement data, market trends, and supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Effective communication and relationship management with suppliers and internal stakeholders will be crucial. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships to facilitate smooth procurement processes. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement function will be a key part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement activities to ensure smooth operations.
