You should have a Graduation (Bachelors) in Business/Finance along with 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years specifically in training and documentation. Your work history should demonstrate experience in developing, owning, and managing training programs in roles such as Trainer, Training Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or similar positions. Prior experience in creating training materials, SOPs, and process/quality documentation is essential. Having an advanced level certification in Sigma, Kaizen, and Process Improvement techniques would be highly desirable for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills, is required. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities. You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with on-shore teams located in overseas offices and fostering a continuous improvement culture that emphasizes data-based decision-making. Excellent interpersonal, analysis, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, relationship-building, and performance management skills.
