We are hiring Process Operator Location: Sambalpur Industry: Dairy Industry preferred Experience: 1-3 years Key Responsibilities: Timely Production Activity Execute and monitor dairy production processes as per the production schedule. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet daily production targets. Batch Processing: Operate and control batch processing equipment for milk and dairy product production. Follow standard formulations and processing parameters to maintain consistency. Equipment Monitoring and Cleaning: Monitor and operate machinery like pasteurizers, homogenizers, and separators. Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations. Process Area Cleaning: Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation of the production area. Follow cleaning protocols to maintain food safety standards. Losses Monitoring and Minimization: Track and analyse product losses during processing. Implement corrective actions to reduce wastage and improve efficiency. Proper CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) of Pasteurizer Monitoring as per SOP: Perform and monitor the CIP process for pasteurizers and other critical equipment. Ensure compliance with SOPs and hygiene regulations. Raw Material Usage Monitoring as per Formulation: Verify and ensure accurate usage of raw materials as per the given formulations. Maintain records of raw material consumption and report discrepancies. Maintaining Documentation: Accurately record production data, equipment logs, and process parameters. Ensure proper documentation as per regulatory and audit requirements. Helping in Maintenance Activities at the Time of Breakdown: Assist the maintenance team in troubleshooting and repairing equipment during breakdowns.
