CA/CWA/CPA/MBA with more than 5 years of Experience in US Taxation. Excellent team management and motivational skills. Experience in developing and delivering clear presentations. Capable of Independent handling all process/team related issues and ability to demonstrate a team attitude and motivate the team for their better performance. Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staff. Highly organized with superior problem solving and analytical abilities. Acquire good track records, have skill and experience in customer interfacing and customer satisfaction. Flexible to work in shifts and ability to work under stress environment. Excellent computer skills with ability to generate reports and prepare various analysis reports on the work flow.,
