Job Description: The Visa and Immigration Consultant isresponsible for helping individuals who are internationally relocating. Their main role is to ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation. We are looking for a meticulous immigration consultant to guide clients through all procedures required to ensure their successful immigration. The immigration consultant will be responsible for furnishing clients with relevant information and resources, supervising the completion of documentation, and submitting data on behalf of individuals, as required. To ensure success as an immigration consultant, you should exhibit diligence, particularly when completing and submitting requisite paperwork. An outstanding immigration consultant will alert clients of foreseeable delays that cannot be avoided. Responsibilities: Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents Reviewing the submitted documents Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws Advising clients on medical checkups and any other procedures required Assisting clients in finding appropriate courier facilities or with any other shipping requirements Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays Qualifications: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience into immigration as process consultant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong desire to learn and grow within the organization Experience: 0-2 years.
