Job Title: AR Process Associate Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Male) / 02:00PM to 12:00 AM (FEMALE) Experience: 0-5 Years Role & Responsibilities: Utilize available technology effectively, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet functions. Follow up with insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims is preferred. Conduct cold calls as needed. Handle international calling experience. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) scenarios. Desired Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skills. Previous experience in healthcare or Account Receivable is preferred. Strong analytical skills. Experience in AR calling and denial management. Ability to resolve problems effectively.
