As a Printer Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of new printers and ensuring proper configuration on the network to maintain the functionality of individual printers, scanners, and network printers. Your role will involve performing routine repairs, including printer replacements of new ink cartridges and addressing other printer-related issues. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and resolve malfunctions, handle procurement of necessary parts, and address hardware failures.
