JOB REQUISITES Role Summary We produce engineering design solutions, models, reports and obtain authority approvals for single and multi-disciplinary design projects. Responsibilities We responsible for the technical management & delivery of infrastructure projects. We design gravity and pressure networks for masterplan, transportation and development projects. We design right of way cross sections for all utilities. We manage the delivery of utilities packages and projects. We develop programmes and manage the delivery of submissions. We co-ordinate right of way cross sections for all utilities. We review and produce reports, drawings, calculations and presentations. We present to clients and stakeholders when necessary. We contribute to resourcing estimates. We develop the capabilities of the engineers and senior engineers in the team. Key Competencies / Skills: Mandatory skills The principal engineer has responsibility for the delivery to engineering solutions and deliverables to our clients. They are client facing and can represent the company on a regular basis in web-meetings and presentations. It is through consistently meeting and exceeding our clients expectations that drives repeat business and enhances WSPs reputation in the region. We produce well written reports to support designs. We deliver design packages/projects on time and to budget. To have good relationships with our clients and secure repeat work. To build relationships with the iCRC and Middle East teams, gain their respect and help them achieve success Interact and co-ordinate with WSPs wider Transportation and Infrastructure team To have good knowledge of the requirements of Local Authorities including RTA, DEWA, DM, DOT, ADWEA, ADM, ADSSC, NWC and Jeddah Municipality etc Qualifications BEng /BSc (Hon) or equivalent discipline with minimum 10 years post graduate experience Chartered Member of associated Professional body membership Modelling of gravity and pressure networks using Bently and Infoworks systems Modelling using Civil 3D Knowledge of Hydrology software preferred Detailed design of engineering solutions,
