You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate / Principal Associate with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience sought to join our dynamic team. Your strong background in civil and criminal litigation, appellate advocacy, trial preparation, legal documentation, and research will be instrumental in handling complex legal matters effectively. Responsibilities: Legal Research and Analysis: - Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and provide legal opinions. - Analyse statutes, regulations, and case law to develop effective arguments and approaches. - Stay updated with legal developments and relevant notifications. Case Management: - Independently and efficiently manage a diverse caseload, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations. - Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents as required. Client Representation: - Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums. - Communicate with clients, providing updates on case developments and advising on legal strategies. Collaboration and Support: - Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners, providing support on complex cases and contributing to case strategy formulation. - Mentor and supervise junior associates and legal assistants as necessary. Compliance and Ethics: - Ensure compliance with ethical standards, rules of professional conduct, and all relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: - A Law graduate from an accredited institution. A Master's degree would be a plus. - Admitted to the Bar and in good standing with the Bar council of Delhi. - 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on Litigation matters. - Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. - Proven track record of managing complex cases independently. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging legal environment.
