Should have ICSE curriculum teaching experience. * Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning & Implementation: Ensure the effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum for primary classes. Coordinate and support teachers in planning and delivering lessons aligned with the ICSE standards. Work with faculty to plan and execute interdisciplinary learning activities. Develop and review instructional materials, ensuring they align with the ICSE syllabus. Teaching Support & Supervision: Observe and assess classroom teaching, providing guidance and feedback to improve teaching quality. Support teachers in implementing best teaching practices, classroom management strategies, and student engagement techniques. Provide professional development opportunities and resources for teachers in the primary section. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring: Oversee the assessment of students, ensuring that ICSE standards are met. Track and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, exams, and assessments. Guide teachers in providing constructive feedback to students and helping them reach their academic potential. Parent and Community Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for parents concerning academic matters and student progress. Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events to foster community engagement. Regularly communicate with parents to address concerns and provide updates on student development.
