Creating a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning. Developing and implementing daily schedules and routines. Monitoring and assessing children's progress, and communicating with parents or guardians about their child's development. Collaborating with other staff members and administrators to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool program. Maintaining records and documentation related to children's progress and activities. Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
