We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated teacher to join our team at a Montessori school. As a teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized educational plans for students. Your role will involve collaborating with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure that each student's unique needs are met in a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized educational plans for students based on their unique learning goals and needs, using the Montessori method as a framework. You will work closely with parents to ensure their involvement in their child's education and create effective home-school partnerships. Monitoring and assessing student progress will be essential, and you will need to adjust educational plans and strategies as needed based on this information. Maintaining accurate records and reports on student progress and achievements will also be part of your role, and regular communication with parents and other professionals will be required. Qualifications: - Montessori training and experience are strongly preferred - Prior experience in teaching children between the ages of 2 to 10 - Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills - Experience working with diverse student populations and a commitment to inclusion and equity - Ability to design and implement effective individualized educational plans for students with a range of disabilities and special needs This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as commuter assistance and performance bonuses. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts. The job location is in person at HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka. A minimum of 1 year of total work experience is required for this role.
