Were Hiring: Preschool Educator | Uttam School for Girls, Ghaziabad Location: Ghaziabad Job Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate Qualification: Bachelors in Education (B.Ed) or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Montessori Training / Early Childhood Care and Education We are looking for a passionate, English-fluent early years educator who believes in the magic of childhood and the power of play. As a preschool teacher, you will play a foundational role in shaping young minds during their most formative years. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and facilitate play-based, inquiry-led learning experiences that nurture children's, curiosity, creativity, and confidence. 2. Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports active exploration and independent learning. 3. Support foundational development in communication, early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional learning through hands-on activities. 4. Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families, and collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Early Years team. 5. Contribute meaningfully to a school culture rooted in care, joy, and purposeful discovery during the formative years. 6. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences aligned with educational goals and developmental milestones, promoting cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. Essential Qualifications: 1. A strong command of English and excellent communication skills. 2. A kind, patient, and nurturing presence around children. 3. A deep commitment to early childhood education and the belief that young children learn best through play and exploration. Preferred Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children aged 26 2. Formal training or certification in Early Childhood Education.
