Job Description As a Pre-Sales Executive at Neo Decors, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating potential leads by handling high call volumes of up to 100 calls per day. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospective clients, understanding their basic requirements, and qualifying leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing qualified leads with the CRM team for further follow-up, coordinating and scheduling meetings between clients and designers, and maintaining a daily call and lead report for internal tracking purposes. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong communication skills, be proactive and persistent in their approach, and have a keen interest in contributing to the growth of the business through effective lead generation.
