? Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling bulk calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and generating leads for the sales team. 

*The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.

? Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to a large number of prospective customers daily

? Introduce and explain our products/services effectively to potential leads

? Identify customer needs and generate interest in our offerings

? Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion

? Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads

? Handle customer queries and provide relevant information professionally

? Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, and follow-ups

? Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Excellent verbal communication skills in English 

? Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills

? Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently

? Quick learner with a target-driven mindset

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

? Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage
