Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive at UpNest in Pune. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their requirements, explain suitable project offerings, and assist the sales team in converting leads into successful site visits and bookings.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and property buying processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in pre-sales or real estate industry is a plus.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. Weekly off will be provided on a weekday
