Job Title: Presales & BDE Intern Location: Hyderabad Salary: 10K-15K Education : B Tech or related field Incentives: Depends on closures Experience: 0-1 Year Job Summary: As a Presales & Intern, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, sell products, or provide information and support. Your main goal will be to achieve the set targets and contribute to the product sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls upto 100-150 to prospective and existing customers. Tele Sales and On field sales Willing to do sales Should be able to achieve 5-10 closures per day. Provide information about products or services, take orders, and process returns. Answer questions about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Enter and update customer information in the database. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Requirements: Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales role. Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone. Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi and English Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. North East based and India based preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Academic background with 60% and above will be a plus. Knowledge Zoho CRM is a plus.
