Your Mission As a Pre-Sales & Sales Specialist, you will play a dual roleleading technical engagement with potential customers while also owning the end-to-end sales process. You'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities, translating needs into tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Prospect, engage, and qualify potential customers in smart manufacturing and industrial automation. Conduct deep-dive client discussions to uncover needs and articulate Tech Catalysts value proposition. Lead pre-sales activities: demos, solutioning, product walkthroughs, and RFPs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and present compelling proposals. Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure and transition to delivery. Achieve periodic sales targets that will be clearly defined and assigned by the company. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive account growth and referrals. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to sharpen strategies.
