Introduce our products/services to customers and explain their benefits. Effectively communicate the features, pricing, and offers related to our offerings. Handle objections and address customer queries in a professional and informative manner. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to provide accurate information to customers.
