Job Description
The primary role of this position is to provide product sales support to sales teams delivering Product Intelligence PLM Solutions tailored to meet the complex customer product introduction and specification requirements within the Fashion & Apparel Industry and/or Global Product Sourcing for the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) market. In this role, you will be responsible for providing full and reliable analyzed market data to support sales pitches, analyzing customer business requirements to propose appropriate Product Intelligence Solutions, and assisting the Sales Team in qualifying prospects. You will also be tasked with delivering in-depth pre-sales presentations of the entire Centric PLM Solution suite, configuring Centric Software solutions to align with customer needs, and producing written specifications highlighting product features and benefits to capture business process requirements. Additionally, you will prepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests, analyze and design solutions to complex customer requirements and pain points, and ensure a clear understanding of customer technology requirements to provide technical leadership and vision for large-scale solutions. Your role will also involve providing input into future solution functionality, implementation methodology, and customization standards, as well as participating in marketing campaigns to align sales pitches with market and customer needs. Travel is expected in this role, either to customers or team events, and adherence to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Centric PLM is essential. Qualifications for this position include strong strategic thinking skills to craft successful sales pitches, analytical skills to analyze the market data for effective product launches, sales skills to support the lead qualification process, and collaborative skills to work effectively with sales and marketing teams.,
