Job Description
The role of Manager Pre-Sales requires a candidate with 5 to 10 years of experience, who is dynamic and high-energy with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills. The main responsibilities include leading a team of 4-5 associates, servicing leads generated from marketing activities, and driving productivity in terms of walk-ins and bookings. The Manager Pre-Sales will be responsible for lead nurturing, strategic lead business management, and ensuring the right product is pitched to customers using a consultative approach. Training the team on Pre-sales operations, managing various reports, data management, vendor management, and call quality monitoring are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, the Manager Pre-Sales will oversee the end-to-end pre-sales lead generation process, managing contact centre operations in an outsourced tele-calling set-up, maintaining effective relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders, and team members, and analyzing customer insights and predictive buying behavior. Timely reporting and MIS generation for business and campaign performance, ensuring call quality and on-call customer experience, training and learning development of the frontline outsourced team, and process optimization at various levels such as data management, CRM technology enablement, email marketing, and BTL marketing are also part of the responsibilities. The role requires the candidate to have a seniority level suitable for managing pre-sales operations in the Real Estate and Property industry on a full-time basis.
