Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide parents and prospective students through the enrollment process at Eurokids Preschool. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to build trust and rapport with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist parents and guardians with the admission process.

• Provide detailed information about preschool programs, curriculum, and admission procedures.
• Understand the needs and concerns of parents regarding their child's early education.
• Counsel parents on suitable programs, schedules, and fee structures.
• Maintain records of parent inquiries and follow-up actions.
• Assist in organizing and conducting orientation sessions and events.
• Collaborate with the teaching staff to understand the curriculum and student needs.
• Follow up with prospective parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Ensure a positive and professional image of Eurokids Preschool at all times.
