Job Description
Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster the intellectual and social development of preprimary students. Classroom Management: Create a warm, inclusive, and organized classroom environment that supports learning and encourages student engagement. Child Development: Observe and assess students" progress and development, identifying areas for improvement and communicating these to parents and guardians. Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to provide updates on their childs progress, address any concerns, and collaborate on strategies to support their childs development. Health & Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to school policies and procedures, including maintaining a clean and organized classroom. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administration to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
