Good understanding of Semicon VLSI Market and Semicon Customers World Wide. Good network with customers like Intel, Qualcomm, AMD, Marvel etc. at Senior Level and Engineering Depts Delivery Management Rich Delivery experience and good track record of deliveries to Tier-1, Tier-2 customers. Experience in handling large ODC Programs, operations management, ability to spearhead ERMs & QBRs for large engagements Experience & Ability to deliver different business models- fixed term, outcome based, time and material etc Team Management Experience to handle Business Unit with 1200+ engineers with aspiration and competency to grow to ~2000+ engineers Manage Career Progression / Reporting of multiple SMEs Team Alignment to Customer/Organization Objectives Financial/Operation KPIs Delivering to Financial and Operational KPI Budgeted/Targeted for Business Unit.
