Location: Pune/Hyderabad Experience: 7+ yrs Notice Period: 0-15 days Power Platform Lead to drive the development and management of solutions using Power Apps and Power BI. This role involves leading a team, overseeing the design and deployment of applications, and creating impactful dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of custom applications with Power Apps. Oversee the creation and management of Power BI dashboards and reports. Manage and mentor a team of developers and analysts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure quality and security standards are met in all solutions. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Power Platform, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud integration. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
