Post-Trade Application Support Smart IMS is a leading provider of information technology solutions, offering a wide range of services to businesses worldwide. We are currently looking for a Post-Trade Application Support to support and maintain the production environment for Post Trade applications. Responsibilities: - Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for Post Trade applications for Asia markets and practices. - Partner with the global support teams, infrastructure and development teams to ensure quality support to our end users. - Report & escalate incidents to the appropriate chain of command with focus on business and technology communications to end users and senior management. - Work with BCP coordinators to perform disaster recovery exercises and assist with audits. - Carry out post incident review with development and infrastructure teams. Requirements: - Relevant experience in production support in a financial service environment. - Technical proficiency in Oracle SQL, UNIX-flavor operating systems, and automation tools. - Familiar with ITIL incident change management environment. - Open to shift coverage for early and late APACE coverage with on call support (no night shift required) Additional Information: - Location: Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm - Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with 14 days of Annual Leave and above market medical coverage / insurance. - 12-month renewable contract with 2 months" notice period.,
