Responsibility for the overall design of Plumbing system & deliverables, Documentation (including Technical Specifications, BOQ, Schedules and Drawings) Ability to work independently on various calculations and layouts/schematic mark-ups as per project requirements. Having regular communication with the client and taking on design responsibilities on project types like commercial, residential, retail, laboratories & hospitals. The role would require the right candidate to take on a leadership role with the potential of growing a team reporting to them. This job also involves the following aspects - Ability to independently communicate with Clients in written and spoken English Ability to independently create Plumbing design mark-ups and perform calculations Ability to mentor and assist Junior Engineers and Plumbers Minimum 1 year of experience in designing of Plumbing systems for commercial, retail, hospital or residential projects. Experience in design of water supply and drainage system. Detail drawing layout for internal & external water and drainage system. Experience of having worked on AutoCAD for preparing Design layouts Experience of using MS Office and Excel Experience in Billing and Documentation.
