Job Description

Job Title: PLC Programmer Working Hours: General Shift Position: Onsite Chennai/Pune Job Description: Left Right Mind is looking for PLC Programmers who will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in automation systems. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, and ensuring the successful implementation of automation projects. Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of experience in SCADA and PLC programming. Proven experience with major PLC brands and SCADA platforms. Experience in the design and implementation of industrial automation systems. High level of proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, microprocessors, and data processing. Familiarity with PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams. Proficiency in HMI/SCADA software development lifecycle. Good understanding of HVAC system componentsSelection, Principle of working, etc. (VFD, Motors, Flow meters, DPT, etc.). Understanding of electrical schematics and diagrams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. Experience in the Engineering industry is a plus. Certified training from a reputed institute on PLC and HMI programming will be an added advantage. Nice to Have: Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation. Knowledgeable in Industrial communication protocols. Certification in relevant PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell Automation). Understanding of SQL databases and data analysis tools.,
