Roles and Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities of PLC Programmer Study the RFQ / Flow chart Generate the IO List with the help of Electrical Designer Review the Electrical drawing and update any sensors / switch gears items to be added Discuss with customer about the logic & HMI Screen Prepare the offline program & HMI Screen immediately after design launch. After the integration of mechanical & electrical , Program to be downloaded and check the sequence till hand over to customer Sole responsible for the individual project PLC Program & HMI screen Co-ordinate with Project Leads ( Mechanical / Electrical) for hand over Final Program & HMI back up to be hand over to Electrical Designer. Must ensure the proper handling of hardware items & software given. Primary Responsibilities of Electrical Generate the Flow chart of process according to RFQ. Prepare the IO List Prepare the Electrical Drawing ( Control & Power) & Get approval from Electrical Project Leads & Programmer Additional support for wiring when ever required Manual preparation ( Electrical & Mechanical) Rewiring & change in elements must be documented for every project as per the customer requirements with the Operation Manager approval. Program Back up to be store in particular folder Electrical Panel Photos to be stored while dispatch Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be completed B.E or Diploma in Electrical. Should have knowledge of handling all the PLC & Robots. Should have the experience in Troubleshooting electricals panels.
