Role Summary:
Handles the technical integration of the third-party platform with existing systems (CRM, website, lead sources), ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map out integration workflows
- Work with developers or platform APIs
- Test and validate data syncs
- Document processes and maintain system hygiene
- Recommend automation tools and enhancements
