Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily plant operations, implement production schedules, and monitor performance metrics. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct safety audits and risk assessments. Quality Assurance: Maintain high product quality standards; address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor plant staff; foster a collaborative work environment. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations; lead continuous improvement initiatives. Financial Management: Manage the plants operating budget; control production costs and report to senior management.
