As a Plant Operator/Technician at our company, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mechanical equipment at the plant. You should hold an ITI qualification in Electrical or Mechanical with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The salary range for this position is between Rs. 15000 to Rs. 16000. In your role as a Mechanical Plant Operator, you will be expected to have knowledge of Basis Waukesha Gas engine and Basis DR/Ajax compressor systems. You should be capable of troubleshooting electronics and mechanical systems, understanding various mechanical valves and engine components, and handling all types of mechanical fittings. Your responsibilities will also include the operation and maintenance of compressors and engines, as well as being familiar with engine overhauling procedures. Additionally, as a Mechanical Plant Operator, you will be required to troubleshoot, identify faults, and rectify issues in automation, electrical systems, and controls. You should be able to resolve maintenance-related issues promptly and efficiently. Knowledge of Scheduled Line Diagrams, single-phase, three-phase, and earthing connections, as well as electrical panel connections, will be essential for this role.
