Company: Amitex Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. Location: Julwania, Madhya Pradesh Experience: 0 to 2 Years Number of Vacancies: 3 Nos Working Hours: Rotational shift; One day off per week (as per schedule) Job Description We are looking for a skilled Plant Operator to operate our Lecithin products production unit. The ideal candidate can be a fresher mechanical Engineer or candidate having hands-on experience with oil refinery, lecithin plant systems, process equipment, and utility handling in a food-grade or agro-based process plant. Key Responsibilities Plant Operation: Start-up, monitoring, and shutdown of lecithin drying equipment eg. Drying Equipments, Extraction Equipments, Distillation equipments, Centrifuges, Bleachers & Utilities. Operate steam, hot water, and air systems for heating and drying processes. Batch Management: Handle lecithin input batches for de-oiling and drying. Ensure accurate feeding and transfer of wet lecithin from crude storage or reactor tanks. Equipment Handling: Operate and monitor pumps, agitators, filters, dryers,Distillation Equipment's and conveying systems. Supervise product flow from liquid lecithin to powder output via drying and cooling sections. Process Monitoring: Maintain process parameters such as temperature, flow rate, and vacuum levels. Work on HMI/PLC panels or manual systems to control the plant process. Drying & Packing Interface: Coordinate with packing team to ensure uninterrupted powder collection and packaging. Perform minor troubleshooting and assist in changeover or batch cleaning. Vacuum & Utility Systems: Handle vacuum ejectors, condensate collection, and compressed air systems. Monitor boiler steam pressure and condensate return systems (in coordination with utility team). Housekeeping & GMP Compliance: Ensure cleaning protocols are followed for food-grade hygiene standards. Adhere to safety guidelines and food safety norms. Documentation & Reporting: Record shift-wise production data, downtime, material movement, and maintenance logs. Material Handling & Transfers: Operate valves, pipelines, and control headers for raw/final product movement across storage tanks, extractors, or dryers. Product Quality Coordination: Ensure product is within required moisture and color specifications in coordination with QC. Preferred Skills & Requirements Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering Fresher or experienced in operating lecithin/edible oil or Agro-processing plants. Basic knowledge of operating processes, electrical control panels, valves, and pneumatic systems. Physically fit and adaptable to rotational shifts.
