• To operate and maintain the water system, proper record keeping in line with inhouse QMS system independently.
• To operate and maintain the black and clean utilities as per the defined procedures.
• Day to day monitoring of clean utilities like, purified water generation system, multi column distillation type WFI generation system, pure steam generation system, Mother loop and child loops of purified water distribution system.
• Day to day operations and monitoring of Gases distribution system like, nitrogen gas and argon gas bank areas. (Liquid nitrogen and cylinders)
• Co ordination and support during gases qualification as and whenever required.
• Should be able to perform the sanitization activity of water generation and distribution system based on the instructions provided.
• Understanding of Purified Water Generation Equipment, PSG, MCDP
• Should know cGMP, GDP & Basic computer knowledge to operate HMI
