You will be working as a Plant Manager in a manufacturing plant specializing in micro irrigation and HDPE pipe products. Located in Vadodara, this full-time role requires you to oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant. Your primary responsibilities will include managing plant operations, production planning, and ensuring manufacturing operations run smoothly. It will be your duty to meet production goals efficiently while upholding quality standards and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Plant Management, Plant Operations, Operations Management, and Production Planning. Previous experience in Manufacturing Operations is essential, along with excellent leadership and communication abilities. You must be willing to work on-site in Vadodara. While a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness will be highly valued.,
