Job Title: Plant Manager Location: Dombivli Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per month Experience: 3-4 Years Age: 26-32 Years Gender: Male Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at our Aluminum cap manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and optimizing plant efficiency while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to meet targets. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Monitor and improve production processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Manage plant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Maintain quality control standards and ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Implement cost-effective measures to optimize operational expenses. Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent downtime. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage raw material inventory and ensure timely dispatches Prepare reports on production performance, quality, and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in plant management, preferably in Aluminum cap manufacturing Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
