Your Role As the Plant Head Fabrication, you will: Strategically oversee all aspects of production management, from planning and execution to delivery deadlines, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and alignment with company goals. Lead and mentor the fabrication team, including supervisors, contractors, and shop floor employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture. Coordinate with the design, quality control (QC), and procurement departments to meet production targets while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using lean management, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Monitor and evaluate production data, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to ISO standards. Serve as the main point of communication between key stakeholders, including the Director, suppliers, and clients, to drive organizational growth. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Job Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar field). 15+ years of relevant industrial experience, particularly in fabrication processes and plant management. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of fabrication, power equipment, machinery, and heat exchangers. Deep understanding of ISO standards, lean management, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles. Proficiency in ERP, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Leadership & Behavioral Traits: Proven experience in managing large-scale production facilities. Visionary, assertive, and analytical with strong decision-making skills. Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
