Job Description

We are seeking smart candidates with an engineering background and 3 to 5 years of experience in Plant Operations for a Manufacturing Company, preferably based in Ahmadabad. Candidates with an MBA in Production Operation will be given first preference. As a Plant Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the plant to ensure that product goals are met and that the products meet the required quality standards. You will be expected to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team under your supervision, while promoting a culture of safety and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. It will also be your responsibility to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition, and to coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in plant management.
