Job Description
Placement Process Management: Coordinate the entire placement process, including resume collection, and screening of candidates. Develop and maintain a database of job opportunities and companies for potential student placements. Industry Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers and industry professionals to identify potential job opportunities for students. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from students, employers, and other stakeholders to enhance the placement program. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the placement process to provide the most current information to students and employers.Previous experience in placement services or human resources is preferred.
