Picker / Packer evergreen solution

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to assist in the daily operations of our warehouse. The primary responsibilities include picking items based on order sheets, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch. Accuracy, speed, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  Pick products from shelves according to order slips

  Pack items securely, ensuring correct labeling and proper packaging materials are used

  Scan and label packages accurately using barcodes or order codes

  Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting low or damaged stock

  Prepare orders for shipment or delivery in a timely manner

  Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area

  Assist with unloading incoming stock and restocking shelves

  Meet daily packing and picking targets

  Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth workflow

Requirements:

  Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent

  Previous experience in warehouse or packaging operations (preferred but not mandatory)

  Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights

  Basic reading and math skills

  Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately

  Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

  Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
