Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer at Doers Tech Enterprise Solutions Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore. The Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, programming, web design, and overall web development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Design and implement database solutions with MySQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions on time.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionalities.
• Debug and troubleshoot code issues, ensuring performance optimization and security best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in web technologies and suggest improvements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in PHP development.
• Frameworks: Proficiency in Laravel or CodeIgniter is mandatory.
• Frontend Skills: Good understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Database Management: Expertise in MySQL with the ability to design efficient database schemas.
• Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and Composer package manager.
• Best Practices: Knowledge of MVC architecture, OOP principles, and secure coding standards.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or hosting environments like AWS or cPanel is an advantage.
