Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior PHP Developer with 57 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP frameworks (especially Laravel/Symfony), a deep understanding of backend development, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure PHP-based web applications.

• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Optimize code for performance and scalability.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in software development.

• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across platforms.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 57 years of experience in PHP development.

• Strong experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.

• Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL; experience with database optimization.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.

• Working knowledge of front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React (a plus).

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
