Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Photo Editing

• Retouch, color-correct, and enhance images to meet brand standards.
• Crop, resize, and format photos for various digital and print uses.
• Organize and maintain digital image libraries.
• Ensure consistency in photo editing styles across projects.

Video Editing

• Edit raw video footage into polished final cuts for promotional, instructional, or branded content.
• Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, sound effects, and music as needed.
• Optimize videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites).
• Collaborate with videographers, content creators, and marketing teams to develop storyboards and shot lists.

General Duties

• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Stay updated with editing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure all content complies with copyright and licensing standards.
• Archive and back up edited and raw media files.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Photo and/or Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and editing workflows.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong visual storytelling and design sense.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A portfolio or reel showcasing previous photo and video editing work.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of color grading techniques.
• Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.
