Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Assistant to support the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical practices, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.

• Manage inventory, including stock checks, ordering, and restocking shelves.
• Handle customer queries and provide guidance on over-the-counter medications.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Process prescriptions and insurance claims.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support in billing, invoicing, and cash handling.
• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain proper documentation.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
