Job Description

Urgent Requirement of Pharmacy Incharge. Qualification: B.Pharm and above. Experience: 5+ years. Key Responsibilities: Staff Management:Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians. Operational Management:Overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and addressing any operational issues. Medication Dispensing:Dispensing medications accurately and safely, ensuring the correct dosages and verifying prescriptions. Inventory Control:Managing and controlling pharmacy inventory, ensuring sufficient stock and proper storage. Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including state and federal pharmacy regulations. Patient Care:Providing patient counseling, addressing patient questions and concerns, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Communication:Communicating with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and address concerns. Financial Management:Developing and managing the pharmacy budget, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the financial health of the pharmacy. Quality Improvement:Participating in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care and service delivery. Additional Responsibilities (depending on the specific role): Developing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures . Participating in community outreach and educational programs .
