Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and registered Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent patient service. Candidates must be registered with the appropriate State Pharmacy Council.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
• Provide drug information and counsel patients on correct medication usage and potential side effects.
• Ensure safe and secure storage of medicines and maintain stock levels.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding drug interactions and treatment plans.
• Keep accurate records of prescriptions and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and local regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
• Must be a registered Pharmacist with [Karnataka / Andhra Pradesh] Pharmacy Council.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle prescriptions and over-the-counter medications responsibly.
• Experience in retail pharmacy or clinical pharmacy preferred.
• Preferred Skills:Knowledge of drug interactions and pharmaceutical calculations.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software or POS systems.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
