Job Description
Fill the vacant properties Good communication skills with computer Literacy are required for Digital Marketing Honest, Loyal Person is required. Manage the collection of monthly rentals. Managing Light bills & Taxes, Maintaining on a Timely basis Meeting daily with PG Members Should be able to lead the team properly, including housekeeping staff & Junior level staff. Has to follow company policies strictly. Correspond with every tenant regularly Maintain good relationships with all surroundings & neighbors of all PG Properties. Job time- 10.00 am to 7.30 PM Working hours 12x7. Sunday, as per the requirement Two-wheelers & licenses are a must.
