- Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:Maintain daily financial transactions and update accounting records.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in office works.
- Maintain petty cash and ensure accurate expense tracking.
- Office Assistance Duties:Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Support HR tasks like attendance tracking and employee records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
