As a Personal Loan Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing personal loan sales by developing strong customer relationships, providing financial advice, and offering personalized loan solutions. Your role will involve actively prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting needs assessments, maintaining product knowledge, assisting with loan applications, and building long-term relationships with customers. You will be instrumental in helping individuals achieve their financial goals while expanding our customer base. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or personal loans. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with in-depth knowledge of personal loan products, interest rates, and lending policies. You must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
