Email and Correspondence Management: Draft, edit, and send professional emails and letters on behalf of the Manager. Ensure timely responses and follow-ups. Quotation Preparation: Develop and maintain accurate quotations for clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with company standards. Document Management: Create, format, and maintain various documents, including reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Excel and Data Maintenance: Manage and update spreadsheets, track key metrics, and generate reports as needed. Job Schedule Coordination: Track and follow up on job schedules, appointments, and deadlines. Ensure timely completion of tasks and proper scheduling. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
